rocks so hard! I couldn't have done this without her. So go glomp on her page right now . . . go on; I'll wait.

Anyway, I made this tutorial because I've always wanted to try my hand at tutorials. I hope this won't confuse anyone. The finished product is here: [link] .

Some things to note:

1. My terminology is not the official terminology. I don't think any other pixel artists will know what you mean if you mention "Super" highlights or "dark" shadows.


2. If you aren't familiar with my pixel art, check it out before following this tutorial. No sense learning how I do things if you don't like the results [link] .


3. This is the way I do things, so if you find it easier to do it another way, feel free.


4. Any questions, note me.
